Our own customer service staff is available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Wednesday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm to assist you with your order or any questions you may have. After hours our answering service will be happy to take your order or a message 24 hours a day, 365 days a year! We offer same delivery to Chicago and over 150 surrounding suburbs for orders placed by 10:30 am. We have a fleet of 9 delivery vehicles and our uniformed drivers carry digital 2-way radios to expedite delivery of your gift selection.
