We opened originally as the Devon North Town State Bank on June 9, 1945 just before the end of World War II. Our founders were local merchants who believed that the community known then as North Town, on Chicagos Northside, would benefit from a community bank. Today, 61 years later, we have remained an independent community bank.

I like this bank. This bank has only a few places where it is at but I think this is the best one so far. This one is big and there are many people working here. There are very nice people that work here who speak a few different languages too so it is easier to talk with them. They also have loan plans in addition to their checking and savings account plans. I like this bank very much because they are very nice to me and they take care of everything really good.
